These Conditions describe the terms applicable to the services and contents offered through the website https://okyfrut.com/shop and regulate the legal relationship between Okyfrut and the customer. Access to the Web is free and free of charge, the use of the Web implies unreserved acceptance of all the Terms of Use. Orders
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a message confirming receipt of your order as well as shipping and billing information.
Form of payment
The purchase of services or products through Okyfrut allows the following forms of payment: Payment by debit or credit card through a virtual POS.
Prices
The prices of the products are those indicated in the attached description. All prices indicated in the product description are expressed in Euro currency (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). if applicable.
Terms and conditions of shipment
Okyfrut only ships its products to: Spain. The purchase is subject to the payment of shipping costs, at the buyer’s expense. The shipping costs will depend on the destination and the total amount of the order, the costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and you will be able to check the shipping costs before finalizing the purchase. Okyfrut will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes not attributable to it, as well as fortuitous cases or force majeure.
Delivery will be made by Correos Express.

Consumer goods warranty
As a customer, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, “TRLGDCU”). Consequently, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without having to justify your decision during the fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the purchased good or from the conclusion of the contract if it is a provision of services.
You must express your intention to cancel within the indicated period and proceed to the return of the product, reimbursing the price paid. In case of problems with products or services purchased on this website you can file a complaint through the European Union’s dispute resolution platform.
Okyfrut reserves the right to refuse to accept the claim submitted through the platform.
Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses
If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect such provision, and these General Conditions shall survive in all other respects, and such provision shall be deemed not to be included.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with Spanish law. Okyfrut and the user agree to submit any disputes that may arise in connection with the procurement of products or services covered by these General Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile.
